Hi all,

Been loving everything with my 22 OB for the last month, but recently noticed something odd. Sometimes when unlocking from the fob, the front DRLs are not illuminating. The rear and side markers light up, but not the headlight DRLs for the parking lamps. The front indicators will flash though.

Here's the weird thing though. If you relock the bronco and unlock again, the DRL park lamps dimly light back up as normal. Then, every time you unlock the doors the park lamps will work, unless you wait about 15-20 minutes. Then the DRL lights don't come back on the initial unlock press.

A bit of a minor issue I guess, and maybe I'm being pedantic, but it is somewhat annoying as it helps in locating the bronco in the dark from the front side. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this same issue.

Hi there, Zach! Could you please send us a private message with your VIN and dealership information? I would like to look into this front parking lamp concern for you on my end. Thanks!

I have the same exact issue.

I also have an issue when I turn off the car, I close and lock the doors with the door handle, sometimes the lights stay on and sometimes they don't.

Sometimes the halo lights stay on forever.

Sometimes the lights around the hazard switch stay on forever.

Sometimes, when I hit the lock button, all of the lights turn off immediately. I think the delay timer starts when the engine goes off, not when you lock the doors, which is stupid because sometimes I need to get stuff out of my trunk at night and then it's pitch black outside. So I get my stuff out of the trunk, hit "lock" and all the lights go out plunging me into darkness. So I hit "unlock" to get the headlights back on, and sometimes they don't come back on, only the side marker lights turn on. It's super broken.

Isn't there a setting to adjust this on how long the lights stay on? I have the option in a 2014 F150 and I don't even have LEDs lol.

I've had this issue as well, but very rarely. I think some other threads have mentioned a similar issue and one potential resolution is to go into vehicle settings in SYNC and change the light delay settings.

The halos should turn off after 10 min or so as the BCM eventually should kill power to the headlamp modules all together.

I think the BCM is really at fault with my issue, it seems like the "turn on parklamps" command is being sent before power to headlight modules is applied. So when the car first wakes, its doesn't turn them on until a separate command is sent, like from doors opening/closing etc.
