Same thing is going on with my 2021 bronco sport. I would love the link for the usb update. I took vehicle to dealership. They don’t know what’s going on. Apparently they’re waiting for the ford technician to contact them via computer. Don’t know why ford won’t call a ford dealership. It’s been weeks since I’ve had the issue.
