Is anyone using the Ford+Alexa app ?
I can’t get mine to connect.

I use it all the time.

You have to enable the skill using the mobile device app first, which will prompt you to authenticate your FordPass account. It also requires you to set a 4 digit PIN code for certain commands, e.g. remote unlock/start. Once enabled and authenticated, you can use Alexa to send commands, e.g. {trigger word} ask Ford Pass to {command} car. If you have multiple cars, I believe you can ask Alexa to switch cars.

Are you using the old Alexa or the new AI powered Alexa+ on the Echo device? I briefly tried Alexa+ and discovered some skills did not work, but if I recall correctly the FordPass skill worked. Try disabling any on device ad blockers and/or turning off WiFi. Or maybe you need the latest telematics TCU update.
