Hi there,
I'm not looking to widen my stance, I'm lookin to fit ET55 wheels on our ET37 offset wheel set up. In the end, the wheel/tire will sit in approx the same place as the OEM wheel. The 15mm spacer will be the "added" metal to the wheel required to fill the space in order to sit at the OEM offset. Are their any reason why I should still think this would impact bearings, steering, handline etc?

Cheers,
E.

I have 1.25" hubcentric spacers on my Badlands, and have had zero issues. Just put them on correctly.

There are a number of people here who have added wheel spacers greater than 15mm to enhance the stance of their Sport, most were done using stock rims. I don't believe the offset you have would add to the wear of any componets, that happens more so when running negative offsets. I would be mindfull of what size tire you choose when running that ET55 wheel offset as it could cause the tire to come in contact with the strut spring perch, your wheel spacers should mitigate that possibility.

Are the wheels you've chosen not available in the standard BS offset?

Thank you for the reply.

The wheels I'm looking at are OEM 19x8 Landrover wheels. Same bolt pattern, just the offset is different.

Is there a Tire size you'd recommend?

Thanks!

The most important consideration is keeping overall tire diameter as close to OE as possible. You can play with different tire sizes/diameters here. Put your OE tire size/diameter in one side of the comparison tool, then try different combinations in the other to see how they compare.

Are you looking at the white wheels with circular holes around the perimeter?

Ford offers that wheel for Sport, people call them steelies, except it comes in a dark Grey color.
