Driver side window - lubricant leaking

I thought I would pop on here and see if anyone has come across this issue. My driver side window has a a long strip of gel lubricant smeared on it everytime I roll my window down. Eventually the window will become so dirty with it that I barely can see out of it. I have taken it to ford 3 times now. They now have my car at the dealership and are opening An investigation w ford? They have taken the door off and cleaned out this lubricant but when I came back the second time to show them it is still happening they insisted that I must be parking under soemthing …..

They took the door off? As in unbolted hinge and took it off?

Pics of the window with whatever is on it. It’s just the window track that’s greased. Weird is still there after they pulled it apart
