Hello, I’ve done a bit of reading and research on the forum, and just wanted to sense-check my plans to lift my bronco and put some new wheels on.
For reference, I have a 2024 OB, currently running stock 18” rims with Michelin 225/60/R18 tires.

Am I cutting things a bit close here, or does this look reasonable for clearances and scrub radius etc.?

Specs:
Wheels: 18x8.5, 42mm offset
Tires: 235/65/18
Lift: HRG 1.5”
Spacer: Hubcentric 38mm

I don't want to overly compromise the utility of the vehicle, but I'm look for a little bit of lift, some nice wheels, and a wider "stance", if that makes sense.

When you start approaching 30 inch diameter tires that's where the rub potential comes in, lift or not. As for stance, a number of people have added wheel spacers usually with stock rims to push there wheels out and have not had any issue's, I don't recall if anyone has added spacers that were over 25mm.

Before making any suspension mods, you may want to watch this first. Not saying you can’t or shouldn’t, but there’s more to consider than simply whether there’s wheel well interference.

I did the same thing but kept the wheels and tires the OEM sizes

I've been running 1.25" hub spacers with zero issues 20K miles.

The de-bro'ing the truck video was very interesting, especially the scrub radius discussion. Given the -13mm change in offset, I'm going to hold off on wheel spacers for now.

Thank you, I've looked at various tire options for the wheels I want and reviewed the total inflated diameters - as a result I am going to go with 245/60/R18's, which will give a little more clearance.

I get the lift makes no difference to the wheel clearance, but I've also come to the conclusion I'm better off doing the Eibach Springs lift as well.

I beg to differ that lift makes no difference to wheel clearance, case in point
