Asked dealer about it today. No warning light so it doesn’t get fixed. I forgot to ask if the program expires. Leaving you responsible for repair when it does fail.

The program provides a no-cost, one-time repair (if needed) to the Driver’s side seat buckle for 15 years of service or 250,000 miles from the warranty start date of the vehicle, whichever occurs first.

15yrs or 250,000 miles? Sounds like they are pretty confident the original part will last well beyond the intended service life of the vehicle...plus the buckle is a cheap part. Most modern vehicles are built with an expected life span of 150,000 miles.
