Compass just hit all the cardinal and non cardinal points

I was leaving my work site. I was facing south. I started the BS and the IPC and compass on my sync where 180 degrees out from each other neither where correct.

When I started driving they sync up with each other, but just kept changing between N/NE/E/SE/S/SW/W/NW.

They did this until I turned North that is when they caught up. This is when I was heading East
Anybody else have this happen in the first 3 minutes of driving. I will head to the dealership for them to take a look at it. Thanks Mike
