Oh, yes they are advertising a lower price. All the ads on TV and print advertise the price without the delivery fee.
Although, they may say plus delivery, tax, and tag. People expect the delivery fee to be the actual delivery fee, and not more money for the price of the vehicle. Just like they expect the tag and taxes to be the actual cost.
With that same logic I am going to start a class action lawsuit for my state that charges me for sales tax at the register. No where in the store is there a sign that says "Cost plus tax". I mean sure it is well known you have to pay sales tax, just like it is well known you pay shipping... on things shipped. :)

Ford has the right to charge what ever they feel like for their vehicles, delivery, shipping, handling, etc AS long as it is listed on the window sticker(s) (Some places use two window stickers).
