I got it too because the silver paint was peeling. It actually looks really good and fits PERFECT! I also got an organizer for the middle storage section, so it's not just a deep dark cavern where things go to never be found again. haha.

I had bought one of these on Amazon - this item is listed under several brands - mine fit and looks better than I expected - I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted it because I use a metal insulated container for my hot drinks and did not want to chew up the factory console cover. Installed very easy and quick too.
