Build week 8/15, Built 8/31 - Still not shipped. Anyone else?

Our OB went into production 8/15. Got the built email 8/31 with an ETA of 9/27 to 10/03. As of today, vehicle still has not shipped. Dealer said it's been release and originally thought Ford held up shipping anything out because of the pending rail strike, which obviously did not happen. Now dealer thinks there was a backlog of getting out vehicles. Just curious if anyone else with a build week of 8/15 has been delayed in shipping like mine.
