A month ago I ordered Badlands with Premium Package and mudflaps. Only reason was to get bigger engine. Status shows "order confirmed." Bummed out. Dealer notified me that they are expecting an OB within the next week. Told me I could have that instead. With options, prices out slightly more than Badlands. I drove a Bigbend a few weeks ago but have never driven one with larger engine. Should I wait for my original ordered BS to arrive? My last four cars have been Maximas so I am used to the power.

Badlands has a 2.0

my opinion…stick with the Badlands. All other Bronco Sports are powered by a 1.5L. Especially since you are used to power. I’ve driven both, the 1.5 is sufficient but lethargic.

I test drove an outer banks because they didn’t have a badlands. I mostly wanted to see how the seats felt for premium package. It was fine. But much happier with the bigger motor. Now if gas mileage is more of a concern than power you may want to consider the 1.5L.

I own a BS FE w/ 2.0 and love it. I rented a BS BB w/ 1.5 for week in TX. 1.5 is OK, but is lacking in comparison.

my 1.5 does the job. but i mean if you are power hungry the 2.0 would be the choice.
i dont think the fuel consumption is that much different between the 2.
