Hi everyone!
I'm more of an older, simple vehicle amateur mechanic (Jeeps / Land Rovers), so forgive me for this 'stupid question'. I need to store the bronco for a few weeks, and I've noticed that the battery seems to be draining faster than my simpler vehicles when it sits for any length of time. I'm sure there are things going on that I don't know of in the background with these new vehicles. When I store it in my own garage I can plug in a trickle charger, no problem. However, I need to store it somewhere now that has no plug in.
Can anyone think of any reason that removing the battery for weeks would be a bad idea with all the computer this & thats? Will it reset settings I don't want reset? Any other issues? Anything to know or do before I remove it?

That's a great idea, but there are no windows or options for that where I'll be storing it.
