What is the cargo weight capacity for the 2025 Bronco badlands? I have to pick up feed on Monday. I usually use my truck to haul 1000 pounds, but it is snowed in. I should be able to do 500 pounds? WHAT DO YOU THINK?

The Combined weight of cargo and passenger are show on the tire pressure label attached to the B pillar, inside driver's door.
For example, here's the label on my '24 BL:

Ford Bronco Sport What is the weight load in cargo area for Bronco Sport Badlands, without the back seats laying down? Tire Pressure Label

1000 pounds of cargo is way over the limit. For example, with a 200 pound driver, your max cargo would be 624 pounds, assuming no other "stuff" in the car.
Gross Vehicle weight per axle is show on the VIN tag located next to the tire pressure tag. There is no spec weight for the cargo area alone, that I'm aware.

I would think that it should be close to the tongue weight of a trailer. I have towed 2200 lbs with my badlands. More than 50% of that was on the tongue.

Recently I had 280 lbs of bagged wood pellets in the cargo area. The BS didn't even know it was back there.

Thanks for the replies! I wasn't going to haul the full 1000 lbs. I was going to do 500lbs. The 2025 badlands sport came stock with the 2" receiver. If I had a small trailer I would haul the the 1000 lbs. But I am out of feed and the only option I have is the Bronco Sport cargo area.
Again thanks for the input.
