Ford Bronco Sport Anyone else have seat issues? IMG_2238

Not a great pic. In my defense it's the underside of the front passenger seat. That's the plastic clip that attached to leather that is the front of the seat as it attaches to the seat frame. Both passenger and front seat are constantly popping off and I have reattached them multiple time. The first time this had happened I didn't notice until I was irritated by something scratching my calf. Sometimes it pops off as soon as I attach it. Going nuts here as I know I am attaching it right. I am trying to make a service appointment, my usual dealer has no openings until September. WTH. Is anyone else having this issue? Any hints on how to permafix this without going into dealer?

Update
I have an appt with service on the 15th of Aug so I'll let you know. Dealer says they will take pics of seats etc and then send to Ford to get approval or repair directions. Also being evaluated is the rubber flooring underneath the gas pedal. It feels like it's lifting. Anyone else have that issue? I'll update after I hear from service.

Hi there, Ray. This passenger seat concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? To send a private message, just click on our username and select "Start Conversation". I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

Hi, I’d been having multiple seat concerns on my end, including replacement of cushions that are not up to quality/firmness of the seats found in my passenger seat, showfloor and Bronco Off-Rodeo vehicles. Is this is a validated Ford account?

OG poster, following a few cushion replacements have led to a weakening of the clips under the front of my chair.

I just took delivery of my 2023 BSBL about a week ago. Have the same issue on my front passenger too.

Hi Glen! I can look into your Bronco's seat concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

It's happening on driver and passenger seats. I do like the amount of cushion I have. It's very comfortable, but yeah both seats pop off. Can't commute to work without re attaching it several times. Stop and go traffic makes it convenient

This is happening to my drivers side seat too. I was able to reattach it once but it soon popped off again.

I just picked up my 23 Badlands with the Premier trim and my seat literally hurts my butt when I test drove three or four different bronco sports with and without the Premier package they both were perfectly fine, but I just took delivery of mine and it is absolutely horrible. I can only drive for maybe 15 to 20 minutes when I can actually feel the connectors poking up through the seat.
