Alignment issues?

Has anyone had issues with alignments after installing 245 tires? When my mechanic did the alignment after the leveling kit install with the bigger tires the rear end was still damn near spec. The front tow had to be adjusted a little, but the rear was okay.
The problem being my rear tires have 3,000 miles on them, and the outer edges are already down to the wear bars. It looks to be like the camber is off. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas or thoughts on the issues?
The first picture is the outer most edge of the rear right tire and the second picture is the inner edge of the same rear right tire.

Did you ever find out what was causing the issue? I'm starting to see this same issue on my stock Pirellis. I'm at 31k miles and had an alignment done 2 months ago. Only started seeing this post alignment.

Ford has different alignment specs depending on the tire size. My alignment shop didn't have the specs, i had to get it for them! But you might want to check that the alignment matches that difference
