5 button key fob ‘25 big bend

I want to purchase 2x 5 button key fobs for my ‘25 BS BB. Remote start works in ford pass but I want the option to use my keys as well. The 5 button fob part number 164-R8288 says it’s for the 21-24 BS.

do we know if this fob will also work with the ‘25 I can’t think of a reason why it wouldn’t but I wanted to check before pulling the trigger on the purchase.


Update!
Purchased 2x 4 button fobs. Programmed them myself. Remote start works with the fob now as well as the app. Swapped the key blades so now OG fobs are back up and new fobs are the main ones.

If it's what I just went through with my '25 BS BL, you may need fob (164-R8412) and key (164-R8267), if needed.

However, you should make sure your BS has remote start using the fob.

164-R8412 looks like the correct Key Fob for 25 BS. It includes a blank emergency key that needs to be cut. Check with your dealer for confirmation that it will work.

The Key Fob OP mentioned is not what came with my 24 Bronco Sport. Bronco's come with a 4 button key fob that does not include the rear hatch. The rear hatch button came with my Escape because it has a power liftgate. I am guessing it would be a useless button on the Bronco Sport.

I've heard 21-24 fob is one frequency and 25 changed the frequency so make sure its the same.

Let us know if you get this working and what the fifth liftgate button does in anything.
