So I have a set of super low mile 275/65R18 Falken Wildpeaks that I took off of my F150 when I moved up to 35"s. These are 32.1" tall and 10.9" wide. This is 3" taller and 1.3" wider than the stock 235/65R17's that are on the car. I was thinking it would take an 18x8 wheel with a bit more offset than stock, a Ford Ranger Lifts.com 1.25" lift and probably a little trimming on the pinch weld and plastic.

Anyone tried anything close? Opinions?

A tire with a 10.9" width is going to be a struggle to fit. You start running into clearance issues at 10".
