I looked at the trailer plug to see if the pins were wet and I can't tell if there is a water intrusion problem. I'm not sure if the trailer plug is the problem or if it's elsewhere. I have 80,000 miles on my Badlands and the problem only started a few months ago. I may have to put it on a lift...
A set of larger BFG All Terrain KO2's in 245/65 x17 will use about half of that $2000, but it is worth it for performance and appearance. Spend the rest on a road trip to someplace on your bucket list.
I have a 2021 Badlands in rapid red and I've put 75,000 miles on it thus far. I haven't had any issues with it. I'm running the largest BFG all-terrains that will fit on a stock suspension with no wheel well trimming. I lost about 1 mpg due to the larger tire size, but the Badlands still has...
It's good you are getting it fixed before cracks develop. I've had two windshields damaged so far and they are over $800 to replace. The second windshield decided to crack for no damn reason.
I'm having the exact same issue. I'm practically leaning on the door somewhat often. My pelvis tilts towards the door and my torso has to lean right. The inboard side of the bolstering on the backrest makes the problem worse as it is larger than the bolstering on the outboard side. I can't use...
I was just about to post my complaint about that, but saw your post first. I thought I was going crazy as I feel like my body is always leaning towards the door. It's difficult to keep the centerline of my body on the vertical centerline of the steering wheel.
My understanding is that the cooler on the new PTU's was a band-aid fix for the older PTU issues. The PTU is surrounded by hot components, such as the engine, exhaust and cats, that cooks what little gear lube it holds (1 Qt.). To make matters worse, the old PTU's weren't designed for oil...
I had to pay $5k over MSRP to get my 2021 Badlands. I had a 2021 order put in, then a 2022 order put in, but still no build date in October. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait any longer for a new vehicle. I found a dealership that was selling the Bronco Sports like hotcakes. They would sell out on...
At your next oil change you should consider changing the oil in the PTU. The oil gets cooked to death due to the PTU's location and the shaft seals tend to wear out and leak. Don't wait 30,000 miles to change it.

1 -The turn signal noise is a bit loud
2 - The automatic engine kill when you stop is annoying. It should be off by default.
3 - The steering wheel heater button should be on the driver's side.
4 - There is no blue tooth for things such as Pandora or Wave. My phone must be connected by cable...
