21 BS/BB Rear wiper freezes then moves very slowly

Could this be as simple as a relay or perhaps the motor.
Anyone have this problem if so please let me know before I have to bring it in to dealer

Before bringing it to the dealer, pop the rear glass and run the wiper. You will be able to see the wiper motor, if it's not moving or its labored, you have a motor issue. I've been dealing with the same issue. The motor runs fine, but the wiper only makes it about halfway across the window and then it stops. Pretty sure it's a seized wiper arm.

Great input Thanks so much that is exactly what I have done , I discovered the wiper is very stiff after I opened the glass, motor seems fine. Again thank you
