2024 BS BL Fuel Tank Replacement Recall

I took my car in today. I talked with the Service Manager. I suggested this was not an emergency, and could I have it done later, more conveniently? He said, This is a Safety recall and you really should have it done now. Hmmmm. So I left it with him. They gave me a loaner.
When I went to pick it up, there was a metalic gonging in the back I noticed in the first 3 feet of movement. I went back in and said it is broken. A bunch of service managers crawled under and found one of the plates had not been bolted back in place.
I asked the guy what else was not done properly?
And I had to leave it over night because there was no one around still who could fix it.
So bad news. The only good news is that they will deliver the car back to me tomorrow and swap for their loaner. At least I don't have to drive back there.
But I cannot imagine I will go back to that dealer again...
