metal scrapping noise when start then again after

Just bought this car jan 2025 It’s a 2023 had 18,300 miles on it - great condition bronco sport outerbank But now hearing this noise . Sounds like metal scrapping when I first turn on and immediately after I turn it off. if anyone has an idea I’d appreciate your thoughts thank you
