2022 big bend midding parts at pick up??

Hi gang, I’m picking up my 2022 Big Bend today and there is no hood insulation or a panel underneath the passenger side dashboard. The threads talked about they can go missing. The dealer showed me another one that didn’t have ithem. Are they not part of he vehicle now? Does anyone hsve a 2022...
