So after some months I've noticed disabling the analytics/diagnostics seems to have reduced the issue but perhaps not completely resolved it. Initially the cut outs happened once every 7-15 seconds (maybe more often), but after I've noticed its once or twice in a random feeling longer period...
The message stopped appearing once I turned the last two settings off (if memory serves):
- Ford Connect -> Send Vehicle Data: Set to Off
- Settings -> Sync Analytics & Diagnostics -> Sync Analytics: Set to Off
- Settings -> Sync Analytics & Diagnostics -> Sync Diagnostics: Set to Off
I believe...
Its seems after I turned off Ford Diagnostics (the thing that pops up every time you turn on the Bronco Sport saying data is being sent to Ford), knock on wood, but it appears to stop skipping now.
Technically iOS16 came out during this time as well, but since people were seeing this with USB...
First change so haven't gone through full drain using valve on this vehicle. Throughput is lower than full opened hole, notably so, but nothing I was bothered by in smaller Honda Fit which had similar SX-series valve (granted, ~3qt drain there vs ~5qt drain in BS BL). Makes for a slightly...
Fumoto F107SX fit my 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands 2.0 Liter engine without the the need for ADP-137 ½” Extension adapter. I ordered both, didn't use the ADP-137 part, but did steal the blue gasket from ADP-137. Sorry forgot to take a photo but it fit just fine - I pointed the spout downwards and...
Drove ~24+ hours past few week.
2022 Bronco Sport Badlands, Fully loaded (B&O audio etc)
Audio skips like a 90's cd player - sometimes couple times per song.
No bluetooth, 100% Carplay, 100% apple music app. Older iPhone 8.
Appears to be vehicle specific, havent had this issue in other cars w/...
Wanted to throw another review about Granger Motors Ford experience. I'm just an internet-random person, fairly private/shy, who wanted a new car and didn't have any special hookups/connections but wanted to have a clean experience. I went to 5+ dealers in person (in good ole non-coastal...
Is there a way to disable the Wireless charger in the Bronco Sport?
Closest I've found is talk of pulling a fuse, but unclear if its a shared fuse or just for the feature. Perhaps someone can look or even test - I've seen some smart USB accessory fuses from the internet don't know more...
Presumably it does, just not one that does perimeter/glass breaking sensing from factory (e.g. attempting to open doors once locked would probably trigger alarm).
Seems like this is alarm system (something out of the 90's style fartcan civic Viper alarms going off).
Appears to serve mostly one (maybe two) functions:
Adds shock/breaking window sensor
Will chirp or go full alarm depending on severity detected
[May already exist on your trim] Adds remote...
From article (interesting read, particularly for those keeping tabs/interest since bronco pre-orders):

Hopefully BroncoSport orders from here are helping?
To me seems GrangerFod has been...
@Granger Ford
Is Granger Ford doing the Ford $1000 rebate running through 4/4/2022? Says to ask dealer. Apologies if poor question.
