Can anyone post a picture of the 1.5 L engine location for this part and advise what to watch out for prior to it getting fixed. Would really help us non-mechanic types.

Put some vaseline on the end of a qtip and rub it around the inside of the bracket where the stud is. Then using a pliers pull it straight up. I did this and it came off pretty easy.

Anyone else notice that the passenger side windshield wiper does not go all the way down to the resting position when using intermittent wiper setting. It does seat all the way down when you turn off the wipers. Is this Fords way of letting you know the wipers are engaged? Doesn't impact...

As the topic suggests just wondering if these types of accessories really help to keep the vehicle clean and improve future resale value? They aren't very expensive but they do apply by a sticky tape backing. Wonder if this deteriorates and eventually ruins the finish.
