I think you can also check it from the main Ford website cause I just saw this and I also had 10-12-2021 on ETIS...

I got lucky and they host their own little web page to track orders. It pulls info from Ford every Friday morning, so no calls/emails necessary!

I have that same issue, no info other than the date my order was confirmed. It's been "In Production" for a while and the only way I can get a build date is by talking to my dealer or when Ford sends me an email which hasn't been as frequent as the shifts they've made to my original date.
