I had the windshield replaced due to a crack a couple months ago. No recalibration was necessary and lane assist works correctly.

No noise increase. I don't even know they're there at highway speeds or below. Very well engineered imho. I can't comment on the mpg since I got a 2" lift near the same time, but I doubt any change.
