Looks great Jumbo! I guess I am officially out of the waiting room as well. My dealer reached out today. Said the news and wait on my sport in the desert wasn't optimistic. They had a full bronco with squatch and a lot of awesome features come in, the buyer backed out. Gave me a deal I...
Some considered me the A-hole for stating the truth. Find one local or move on unless you are willing to wait it out. I am and I was waiting. I'm in no rush. I am retired, I have an employee pricing plan that says there isn't another brand comparable. It will be fine, my bronco will arrive. It...
Very sorry to hear this and thankfully you are both OK and able to get home safely. Gap insurance is helpful but before checking a box on the loan, talk with your insurance company. Mine offered it for a few bucks...way cheaper than the bank and loan process. My agent suggested always talk to...
I had an F150 where we sprayed bed liner in the wells. That was the best of all worlds for me. Took the abuse and cleaned up easily. The cloth is for cost and a little sound deadening.
I can tell you with certainty, Ford will dig out of the chip mess before any major changes happen. The sport had a good launch, hit a big bump, and they are slowly gaining traction. Issues with the full bronco helped you more than most realize.
Everyone has their own taste. The ebony matches the black/ebony interior plastics. The roast is a traditional brown leather (think saddle brown) and the accents are a wood/leather brown. I personally think it looks really rich and compliments the bronco name/outdoors styling.
This seems like a no brainer with the sport line.

EV creates an entire different set of environmental risks and "fuel" challenges. But there are some advantages
This thread to say the least is pure comedy gold. I suggest none of you ever tour an assembly line. You might stop driving. Cute cover by the way. If mine ever escapes the desert hold lot, I'll see if it comes with one. Or maybe I won't.
Actually, Tom. 34 years in a Ford plant. Love and hate relationship. Loved getting paid, hated working there. It was a job. A car is a car. Ford will keep selling cars wether I retire, you end up keeping your deal, or you show pictures on a web chat and bitch and moan. I have a feeling nobody...
Try to carefully remove the badges and reset them when the moulding is in. If they won't stick you could order replacement stickers through ford or likely find an aftermarket replacement option.
For many upset about the vehicles sitting in storage waiting on a part, see if you can find a bronco or a BS heading to a lot or like Jerry just move on. Ford will repair those vehicles. They will sell, likely above MSRP wether it's to you or to some lucky buyer on a lot. Their job is to produce...
Once you have a VIN it cannot be changed. Minor exception and it's not easy, if the dealer messed up the order it's an outside change. Go with what you want is the best path.
I would suggest this option if possible. More and more popping up.
X-plan should not be a factor. Your affiliation with the plan does not affect order priority unless your dealer happens to be an ***. It's not their money, and at best it's $1700ish. I'd guess the 19 had more to do with allocations.
This is not a normal year for anything. Ford is doing what it can to get cars on the road. If that entails putting incomplete vehicles with outstanding recalls on lots to be fixed as dealer parts become available it can be done. The notion that it's illegal does not fit this narrative. Knowing...
