    Ordered bs/bb with moon roof, 360+, built 6/15 new delivery of 12/24/21. For now, my dealer has a call to Ford to see if they can better explain why.

    I sent an email to ford no reply as of yet, also let the dealership know that I did that they tried to follow up still no response.

    Ordered 3/2, in production 6/15, Black on black, big bend, co 360 assist + with moon roof. ETA 10/25 - 10/31 Maybe.

    Tried using tracking tool, but couldn't get any information. I have customer order number and vin that ford provided. Can anybody help.
