Tried using tracking tool, but couldn't get any information. I have customer order number and vin that ford provided. Can anybody help.

You can also use the ford.com order tracker using both the order# and VIN

Anytime, I just type in the browser ford.com order tracker, then that brings you to the page with FAQ's, click on that, then scroll to Once My Vehicle Is Ordered, How Can I Track It?

Depends what kind of update you are looking for, if you have a scheduled build week of 8/1 you probably won't see a change until it is actually built (or partly built). Ford has been a little slow recently updating the build info. The best way to get the current movement on your build is to sit down with the sales manager at your dealer and ask for a visibility report on your vehicle. There probably won't be any updates until much closer to the build week. Looks like you are close to me, where did you order your BS OB? I'm in the same boat, this is my build week and haven't heard anything yet, headed for the dealer today to shake the trees and see what falls out.

Try this. Shop.ford tracker
If you have the four digit order code and VIN it gives some info. Realistically it doesn't move a lot, until it does. Sounds corny but once it's being built it generally goes quick unless it's requiring extra chips which is holding up a lot of folks.
On the big bronco pages all the first editions are suddenly hitting production. Seems like Ford is kicking up a notch.
And for whatever reason this tool MachE forum tool always seemed to pull my info better...

I had the same problem. It took several days but all of the sudden it worked???

Thanks still not working, don't think Ford loaded my vin to the system.
