Make sure the area is clean (especially no Armor All). Maybe a spritz of Goo Gone to clean the mountain surface. I always use "Gorilla Grip" double sided foam tape. I've never had an issue.

It's been a while. I think the clips came with it but I was short one and ended up ordering a bag of 25 because thats all I could fine. Still have them on my parts shelf. Odd that some had the mat, some didn't. Some had the engine cover, some didn't. My BB had the engine cover but not the mat.

Mine has only done this once. Shutting off the vehicle, opening a door and thereby cycling the radio boot up solved it for me.

I added the hood struts and the insulation mat. Lakeland Ford does have the best price on the mat however, they will not ship it. I had to order it from my dealer and pick it up. I paid $130. I guess if you factor in shipping, it all comes out in the end.

I have a 2018 Raptor and just bought a 2021 Bronco Sport BB. Dealer "included" splash guards, factory mats and low profile vent shades on both. They did the same on my wife's 2021 Explorer. I have the best dealer on the planet.

Update. Done and I like it. Kenwood TM-D710GA dual band radio and a Diamond NR72BNMO dual band antenna. Minimal drilling. If anyone has any questions, send me a message.

LED's are always a great (and relatively simple) upgrade. I followed your link to DiodeDynamics but the numbers don't seen to match up when I searched by vehicle (2021 Ford Bronco Sport).
