"A dry day"! We haven't had ANY appreciable rain in three years. Truly. And my friends have also said the tires would be fine, but I'm still wary of it. Don't want to go "off roading", just down one of our dirt, rocky roads.

Actually, one of the reasons I got it was so I could take some of the dirt roads that might lead to some places to fly my drone. Many head off the highway to the river, gorges, etc. Then I saw it came with street tires, so I haven't done that.

It was the bulb. Ford dealer replaced in 20 min.

My left turn signal has started double-timing clicks. The lights are flashing normally, but the clicking is going twice as fast. ??? Any ideas?

When I pull into the garage and get out of the Sport, it sounds like a jet engine winding down. Like 3 big fans, a motor and Piper Cherokee all shutting off at the same time. ?? Does the car sound like this when I'm driving? What are all the fan noises when I shut the car off? Sport Outer...

Me, too. I posted something shortly after getting my Outer Banks. I took it to the dealer who told me the heat here in Vegas is part of the issue. Something about octane... and suggested using 91 and Sport mode. I did notice less of the hesitation problem after doing this so I use Sport all the...

I did my research. Chose the Outer Banks for the more luxury features. Not really for off-roading.

Maybe a thousand and one stores, but only a couple of on/off crossover tires. Falken is almost the only one for the 225/60/18. I know I can solve the problem in an hour. Just not ready to dump new Michelins and spend a bundle on new ones I will only need 10% of the time, or less.

The "heat" issue came straight for the service manager. 115 is quite a bit different than 95. I run Sport all the time now, just for the pickup and performance. I'll stay on the dealer and maybe take it in.

I emailed the salesman and asked what I could get. Here's the response: Your Bronco Sport is $30,000 but if you trade it in you will get $2,400 extra in the form of a tax credit. My Bronco was $34,000. Would not be trading it in. Don't want a Ford.

Yup... I came from a BMW which had lots of power, no matter the temperature! I thought the sporty BS would be fun and allow me to take dirt roads to fly the drone. Another disappointment was finding the street tires. ?? Every single video and still photo in BS promotions shows it off-road...

Not sure. I've toyed with the idea of selling it - got in Dec 24 - but I keep thinking maybe I'll just get used to it. Thought maybe because they seem to be hard to get, I might be able to sell and get all my money back. Not sure. It's a nice car and I do like it. It's the performance issues...

Yup. It's an issue. Like I said.... I'm fighting disappointment with the choice. I didn't even realize it was a THREE cylinder car! Not much of a mechanic at all, so just assumed a 4, minimum.

Looks like you might be in Vegas. I'm in Henderson. Heat definitely an issue. Try the 91.
