While at my local dealer, I notice a customers BL with the same issue. The roof was covered with plastic to keep the water out. I thought it was vandalized until I read this thread. Maybe this is why BL Package is in short supply?

I suggest toggling the rear locking differential on & off. It should be off for normal use.

Check that the map pockets are empty? My Audi was making a similar sound. I took it to the dealer. When I picked up the car the dealer said it was likely the 12v phone charging cable rattling I put in the map pocket. Sure enough he was right. I felt silly :)
