The photos aren't too flattering but it looks really good. I'm looking forward to seeing it with the hood shut and a better camera come the reveal. I love and miss the old Escape aesthetic so this hits me in all the right places.
Unfortunately these days the enthusiasts have to rely on the cheap buys for manuals. Can't even get a Crosstrek with fog lights and manual together. So sad that we probably won't be able to get this "rugged crossover" that way. At least it wont be a CVT.
So is the Venue and Outlander, but the Crosstrek is not as cheap as those. The purpose for there being a manual doesn't take away the fact that there is one. I head a Crosstrek club and pretty much all the manuals in the club are owned by offroad enthusiasts.
They're just pretending that we haven't seen the dealer shots. But those leaks do conveniently hide any roof details. I'm hoping for anything more than a moonroof.
(first post of the new broncosportforum. Glad we have our own now!)
How alike the Escape will the baby likely be? I know it's the same platform but are we expecting the same wheelbase and width, engines, transmissions, etc.?
