Wow, thank you so much for this! That’s extremely helpful. I just wonder if I replace the module myself, if Ford has to do anything else on their end? I thought I saw someone mention the BCM would need to be flashed or something. Maybe that was something different I’m thinking about. Not sure...

Yep, sounds like the same exact issue. Everything that person described, is the same mine is doing.

My drivers side headlight DRL’s will light up but not the round headlight portion. I’ve tried turning on the headlight manually from inside, unplugging the battery for about 10 mins, checked fuses, etc. The only time I can get it to pop on for maybe 2 seconds is when I unplug the wiring harness...
