The dealer performed a brake inspection and said “brakes have life left for sure. 8mm in the front and 5mm in the rear. Minimums are at 3mm. No need to replace yet”
So basically they’re trying to tell my wife the other shop mis-measured (possible) but that in 8 mths they wore from new...
Thanks for sharing. I don’t think she uses adaptive cruise excessively as most of her driving is in the city. Regardless, that’s a big difference between your replacement at 117,000 miles and hers at 20,000 km (about 1200 miles)
