Did you ever get any answers for this or find a forum/group that typically has a lot of technical knowledge in it? Find myself guilty of finding and answer and not sharing though lol

Check your online Ford account. I haven't received one in the mail but it's listed there. You can also check here: https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls I suppose if you've been in the service at all they may have cleared it if your battery isn't the effected supplier.

Problem was/is big enough for Ford to initially tune all the Bronco sports charging systems only to discover it's probably diminished or below spec batteries that are failing provided by cheapest bidder not the original spec.

That's definitely the route to go if bashing about. OEM felt appears to be more about on road abrasion protection and aerodynamics than off road protection. Have to see how much moisture it holds... Might not be friendly to all that it bundles up in the salt belt. Honestly might be better...

Just put it in slippery and set it and forget it. You're going to be on road mostly besides the venues road and parking lot I'm guessing... and it's a pretty smart system about letting you rock without needing to turn anything off. First vehicle I've owned where I felt that was actually the case.

98 Formula with a 408 Stroker and 05' CTS-V :) V is mostly stock. Can't confirm or deny if the Bronco Sport now has a tune, but if it did I would say the transmission shifts with the slip taken out are great and sucker squats hard. Local tuner made a great tune when these first came out.

Gotta do the stab and steer method, they'll pull whatever direction you aim the wheels if you keep them spinning, the FWD being nose heavy like to plow the front but a quick brake tap and on the throttle keeps them going and loosens the rear up. Generally highway speed, FWD is more stable too...

Should be fine! But what tires are those, look pretty street/summer?? Hows the tread life? For the most part, unless hard packed ice type snow where chains are really needed, you should be fine. Typically they close everything before 4x4+chains is required and just have the 4x4 chains carried...

Yeah Buffalo, NY. That picture of the Regal was from the prior year winter (maybe prior prior). Living south of the City now... so really find myself in the snow! The Sport drove itself right out of the last bad storm and through the end of driveway easily. No more maneuvering the blower...
