Replaced the wheel well liners today - pretty straightforward project. My guess is they ripped by picking up a branch or a stick. Good thing they are cheap to replace. Also there was a fair bit of leaves that collected behind one of the corners - so I got to clean that out too.

OK, finally getting back to this project. Thank you for mentioning your F150. There are no videos on YouTube about replacing the seat fabric on a Bronco Sport but there are for F150s and I was able to find a video for an F150 that has an identical seat.

Ah, I should have indicated that the deflector is at the rear wheel. Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately the parts person at our local dealership is old and grumpy.

Update - I took it to the dealership today and it is covered under warrantee so they will replace the part.

The headliner fabric on my pillar is pulling away. I tried tucking it behind the rubber, but it pulls away again. Anyone have this happen? If so, what have people done to fix this?

I wonder if the fasteners were over-tightened causing the paint to crack? The part hasn't failed so I would be surprised if the dealership will replace this under warranty - let us know how this works out for you.

The battery tray is plastic but I believe the fasteners are screwed into a metal support (aluminum?). It would be helpful if you posted pictures as you remove nuts to free the battery - so I'm not sure which fasteners you are referring to.

Finally got a chance to get the Bronco into the dealership. They said the rear glass latch wasn't working because an electrical connector came loose and a fuse wasn't fully seated. All fixed under warrantee.

How did you resolve your misfiring issue?

Yes and the lift gate works - it is the glass that I can't open.
