I've not seen the hose itself but could you simply slip a larger peice of pvc / fluid or air type tubing over the end of the existing one to extend and reroute without removing the old?

They are not the most comfortable but decent IMO. I asked a place around here that does custom interiors if they could put in denser foam, and they said they could not that it was just the way many cars come these days.

It's like those of us who showed devotion to Ford and the Bronco brand by buying early are not as valued as those who purchased later. If they would have said Badlands only that's fine but why is my purchase of my 22 BB not as valuable as a 23 BB purchase?

Does anyone understand why only the 2022 Badlands qualify but all the 2023 trims do? Honestly, it doesn't sit great with me.

For what it is worth if anything, check to see where your Coopers were made. My local, independent tire place turned me on to Coopers years ago and I have had phenomenal success with them, including those specific tires on my Mustang. The shop no longer sells the brand, removed their sign, etc...
