Guess I should have been following advice from here about fluid changes more often than what Ford states. Changed the RDU today, no signs of leaking and only got 1/2 a quart out of it. Wish I had been changing this and the transmission fluid more often.

Dashboard randomly lit up on my Sunday and lost all power. Then through turbo charger warning. Luckily the turbo itself is still ok, $600 repair though. Really no notice on the failure or nothing I had noticed. Though I don’t know a lot about turbos, but definitely not a fan of them.

I strongly suggest to everyone, by 50,000 miles get a flush kit done on the transmission. I waited until 70,000 and wish I had done it sooner. I had been noticing the shifting was a bit rough and it has smoothen out a lot since I had it flushed.

Silly question, but the small coat hanger hook on the back row handle has popped off, and for the life of me I cannot get it back on. Anyone know if there is a trick to getting it reseated?

Those that have the rain guards on the windows from Ford, might want to check them from this cold weather. Driver side was loose so i decided to pull it off. Then pulled the others. All of them barely had adhesion just popped off.

Anyone with the fender flares from Ford accessories, keep an eye on the clips that hold them on. I had to remove mine today because two of the sections were about to fall off due to the clips popping off.

So a while back the lady friend and I were sitting in the BS talking without the engine or accessories on. and every 5 minutes or so, the interior accent lighting would flash for less than a second. Since then I have been able to reproduce this. Has anyone else ever noticed?

Si I was installing the Steeda tower brace today and noticed the grey plastic trim over the headlights are discolored terrible. Anyone else see this? I’ve tried several cleaners but nothing is touching it.

Question. What is the purpose of the fans coming on the headlights every time I open the car door? Isn’t that just a waste of battery?

joined the broken windshield club yesterday. Never have I seen a windshield crack that fast. I’ve had other vehicles with divets and small cracks before. This split about 12 inches before I could find a store to get a glue kit.

So since I added the bug deflector, the hood shake was pretty bad. So today I added the rubber hose to the rear sponge bulb under the hood. Made a huge difference. And it was cheap fix, $7 at Lowe’s. I’ve still got quite a bit of wind noise that I’m still trying to track down. I added the...

For those of you that went with Powerstop brake pads, which part number did you go with? They list 4 different ones that are comapatible: Z36 Z23 Z17 Z16 I realize the Z36 is for towing which I never will do. But curious on others feedback. Thanks

I’ve got the stock Contenintal tires which I have found to be terrible for hydroplaning. Would the wildpeaks be any better?

I was able to find the plastic overlay lettering for the front grille, but I haven't been able to find the same for the rear lettering. Anyone been able to find these? I prefer not to use the vinyl stickers. Thanks

Yesterday coming down a highway down a mountain that is steep for a couple miles, I decided to try L mode which I had never used before. I was going roughly 45mph but it threw the RPM up over 4,000. Is that normal? Thanks
