again, that's not what the manual says...5W30 is not offered as an alternative at all...did you read it?...
unless there's a typo somewhere, like someone indicated, looks like Ford went all in with 0W20...
0W30 is the winter alternative.

take a look at page 307 and 308 - it's now 0W20 or 0W30
Ford doesn't recommend conventional oil usage at all...these are the recommended oils for 2025:
