Don’t do it. We had that similar delay with the OB we ordered last August. I think we lost the activation once it moved off the rail but can’t remember for sure. If the dealer is still giving a delivery date, chances are it’s on the way. Remember if you wanted a Jeep, you would have bought it...
Think about a new car sitting in 100 degree weather for a month. Not a new car anymore. Communication is really a problem at Ford. You would think a Ford rep would have some way of knowing a car is lost.
Me too. When I did the activation, it stopped when it was loaded on.the railcar. This was in January this year. Did t buy that one. Came on and then brake recall.
I went to your site but it appears to be general info. Would love to see the site where it shows all the info like the screenshot. We to ford.com but couldn't get there. Is the screenshot of a car produced but not showing shipped?
Looks like the Badlands was completed yesterday awaiting shipment. Was watching the dates at the bottom of the sticker. They seem to correspond with something happening. Just hope it has a good trip to NC.
Another question - what is blend date? Looks like it was invoiced on 27 April and I was able to get window sticker on 29 April. Also on the tracker there is me too of modules. What does that mean? I went there and there are a few letters only.
I thought I had come back to the correct thread but may be wrong. This has to do with dealerships honoring the price when the order was placed even if the pricing increased on the sticker when produced. Someone had copied and pasted Ford's policy about them honoring the original order price and...
I have a Badlands on order but currently have a Big Bend. I had the same "problem" with the transmission. I read some posts about going with premium fuel and tried that. I have found that running the mid grade makes the Big Bend shift perfectly. Not sure what the connection is but it has...
Some may be but I really don’t think their sales managers keep up with all that is going on. It actually may be the fault of the district rep or explaining the programs they have going on.
