oh yeah you’re right, my mistake. i still think 1000 per wheel is crazy but i guess i just never realized.
i also really liked the look of steelies and thought i had them on my order sheet but it actually didn’t make it on for some reason :/ ended up with an aftermarket wheel by fifteen52 :)
i would hang up right after that lol if they weren’t joking. build and price quoted the steelies for about $795 USD for the steelies and the AT3W tires included.
1065 for all for seems closer to a normal marked up set of wheels but 4550 for a set of 4 is insane. tell them to check their numbers lol
they will be available for purchase soon in the 5 x 108 bolt pattern (bronco sport spec) here’s a photo of them on my badlands, color is frosted graphite and i think they look pretty cool. Traverse MX by Fifteen52
i’ve done some trails along the 38 around angelus oaks and 330 old city creek. pretty fun! i haven’t done full run throughs of them but some nice out and backs with some play areas
I landed a partnership with Fifteen52, they have sent me these Traverse MX wheels that are soon to be released with the Bronco Sport spec fitment. Disclaimer, they did send me these wheels as part of a sponsorship but I actually really like how they look, and this is before I get better / bigger...
Well finally my Badlands starts becoming its own with the first mod. I've landed a sponsorship with Fifteen52 with their Traverse MX in frosted graphite. I will be upgrading to wildpeaks fairly soon. Enjoy some pics
right, if i mentioned it was something about the car then i probably worded it wrong. there were no vibrations with the stock wheel, vibrations only started on the aftermarket wheel i’m just at a loss for trying to diagnose the problem / saving money.
at first i believed it wasn’t balanced...
yeah definitely annoying l. yes aftermarket wheels on the OEM pirelli atr tires. i’m hoping that’s the case that the wheels aren’t bent.
i may just call around to see which shops use the road force balancer. if just hate to contribute to this money pit if the problem lies elsewhere you know...
i only noticed it after i had the new wheels mounted. i’m almost certain it only started after the first time i took it into the shop for the wheel mounting.
okay so it might be a bigger headache than i thought. i brought the car in this morning to the same place and he rebalanced free of charge. i could feel a little bit in my steering wheel before so i told him it’s probably the front two wheels. i was with him as he rebalanced, which he pointed...
okay awesome, thanks for the reassurance. I'll be stopping by the same place tomorrow. Yeah through the forums i saw, the roadforce machines were spoken highly of lol
Today I went to the shop to put on some new wheels on my badlands but then noticed slight vibrations at only 70-80mph range. I was driving city all day until i took the interstate back home, which is when i first noticed it. It was already too late in the day to go back to the tire shop i got...
