I have never had issues with my current dealership. At a previous dealership I caught a porter doing burnouts in the service bay with my Mustang GT. That cost them a set of tires and they lost my business.
You can buy slip on covers for the fog light pod in assorted colors and carbon look off eBay and amazon, much cheaper and easier fix. I have the carbon look on mine.
I have the Ford Aeroskin II protector and inserted 1/2" fuel line inside the rear seal to lessen hood vibration. It has helped noticeably and at 80 mph it is now minimal.
