I’ve had one since last January when I got my OBX. It always rebooted when trying to use Siri until they FINALLY updated the firmware in September. It’s been working great since then!! Completely seamless experience.

Shopping bags work great, a mesh net stretched across the top works too. I haven't yet found a canopy that's somewhat solid, but I hope to find one that works.

I came here to say this. My 2012 Escape had the exact same design flaw. Lots of the same DNA in that vehicle and this one.

I'm saying my latch behavior hasn't been dependant upon a setting in Sync. Just regular lock/unlocking with the doors - like choosing "all" or "driver's side only".

I have never had this issue. The latch should not be dependant upon Sync versions. I would think something else is happening with the vehicle.

A master reset could help with lagginess.

I just installed it. Seems fine so far. New dialog for Wireless Charging... it's a full-screen notification now when you place your phone on the pad. Seems faster overall as well. Not sure what else might be different just yet. Still checking around. I updated via USB. Was MUCH harder to find on...

Happy to report that the latest firmware, dated 8.24, for the Carlinkit Wireless CarPlay adapter FINALLY works with Siri. Before, if you pressed the steering wheel voice button or said "Hey Siri"... the device would crash and restart. Now, all features of CarPlay work well with the Bronco Sport!

Still annoyed at this...as a 'first run' OB, I didn't get this and it's obviously needed.

I'd rather have my 12v ports in my OB...but as part of the "First run" I am rather miffed about the omission of the rear camera squirter.
