This^^^^. I had an early 90’s Escort that got rear ended. Unfortunately, it was totaled. I bought It from the insurance company and drove it for nearly a year before they balked. I took it to an old body shop where they stretched it straight, replaced the bumper, and threwsome paint on it...
The easiest is one that fits in the hitch receiver or you can get one that mounts on the front recovery hook.

I’m with you on CarPlay. I always have Waze up and running. Much better than my Escort radar detector that became junk after all the radar systems that come in new vehicles.
It’s rated for severe snow. If it’s as good as my Falkens, you’ll be fine. Personally, I don’t like slippery mode. It really takes away the throttle response. We had 10 inches of snow last week. I prefer sand mode in the deep snow. It locks the rear and turns off traction control.
What seems like an absolute need now was not even an option many years ago. Reminds me of when I would take my 2006 Escape in for service and the service writer would warn me that you ”can’t” drive a vehicle in Wisconsin winters without ABS. The aluminum tone rings were pressed on a steel hub...
It seems to vary more with the 1.5. I suppose it greatly depends on your driving conditions and styles. People have reported milage in the mid 20’s to the mid 30’s. The 2.0 seems to run low 20’s to high 20’s.
You’ll love the 2 door. The gas milage is not significantly different, as @jofer says, the turning radius is outstanding, actually seems better than the Sport but I don’t know the exact specifications. I like them both for different reasons. But, I prefer driving the 2 door when I can because...
These are not from today and no I didn’t cook them. I’m not a good cook, but I am a good eater! Two of my favoraite meals at couple of places we visit every year.
Blackened pan fried walleye with eggs over easy, hash browns, and whole wheat toast for breakfast. Wolf Pack Cafe in St. Germain...
From the title I assumed we were going to be talking about tuning or carburetor jet sizes and timing settings. Guess not.
Obviously i’m not rich, I use my CC almost exclusively now days so at any point in time, I’m in debt even if it’s paid off every month. Oh well. 🤷🏼‍♂️
Is the upper banner that shows the temperature setting always on wit Android auto or is that a Sync 4 addition? It’s the one big issue for me using Apple CarPlay and not having the temperature setting displayed on the knobs. I know……..real world problems. I’ve been contemplating just buying a...
I would leave Kerrville at 1:00 am and it would be non-stop deer sightings until I got out of the hill country. After several trips, my deer PTSD from driving in Wisconsin subsided although you’d still get a young one run once in a while. October - November…… all bets were off.
