We're going to need to play with this to see the different responses from my speakers. It's odd that the bronco group is using 3800 which sets the output as non tweeter only. I would think this would then cut the higher frequency level. I suppose it might be most effective with the EQ set to...
Changed mine just now. Definitely a noticeable difference. I actually didn't care for the EQ change though. It definitely made a difference in volume, but I thought it sounded a bit more distorted. My guess is this is because of the additional tweeters I have in the front(I left the stock...
Been doing some research and looking at a lot of AsBuilt data from different BS's, Escapes, and some others. It turns out the EQ setting (727-01-02) isn't the correct fix for the rear speakers to be full range if you have the 6 speaker setup (no-b&o). We actually dont know what the EQ settings...
I've been looking into this. I have a 21 OB without B&O. I upgraded my speakers a while back and you can definitely tell the rears do not have the same output levels as the front. Low levels in particular. The current forscan version only has the As Built ACM for my vehicle and I haven't...
It saddens me that this thread had to come back. I don't know why the hell Ford would drop the camera washer again. Anyway....
Ford never got back to me, but people within the thread have mentioned "M1PZ-5843401-AA" for the shroud. I have not confirmed this myself, but others have mentioned...
I actually installed the same speakers as the guy in the video. They are really great. I may have to steal his design for the sub box though, that's pretty ingenious.
I have a 21 OB and just started having this happen as well. First thought was the battery must be not holding a proper charge. I'm betting I will somehow get stuck with the repair cost even though it should be under warranty.
Has there been any developments on a plug and play? Is the plan to have 2 pass through plugs? One for each side marker and headlight? I'd be interested in these.
That is the number for the camera bracket. If you remove the two torx bolts you can look inside the actual shroud and it has a stamped number. I posted a photo of mine (no cutout) on the original post.
Shame it seems you have to order the entire handle for the shroud in the first place when the shroud has a stamped part number. Cutting the tiny notch was much easier fix.
I did order a handle, but I had it painted black to match my front grill. Handle alone was less than $50.
Let us know...
Hmmm.. I still have the recall on my FP. Plus I recieved the letter in the mail. The letter did not state "Front brakes". Nhtsa states rear. FP still saying front. Pretty sure nhtsa has it right since they issued the complaint/recall. Who knows.
What setting description was it? I looked briefly with the latest version and didn't notice it. Being too lazy to look again with it being in single digit Temps outside.
