Thank you for that information. I'm almost certain the car was in "auto stop" while I was at a red light. From there it completely shut down.

I agree, 1-2 weeks seems a bit extreme. I'll stay on top of them once they have my vehicle in their possession.
I truly hope so. It needs to be towed to the dealer and they've told me it will probably be at least a week or 2 until someone can look at it. I'm a bit surprised/disappointed that Ford isn't able to prioritize their vehicles that are under warranty and die out of the clear blue.
