Sadly the next closest dealer is almost 50 miles from me. I'm not in a major metropolitan area. I agree, 1-2 weeks seems a bit extreme. I'll stay on top of them once they have my vehicle in their possession.

I truly hope so. It needs to be towed to the dealer and they've told me it will probably be at least a week or 2 until someone can look at it. I'm a bit surprised/disappointed that Ford isn't able to prioritize their vehicles that are under warranty and die out of the clear blue.
