The reports I've seen say the 2 door will have shorter wheelbase, but not to the extremes the Wrangler goes to-so expect less then 112, but more then 100 inches.
Nope, just don't deal with idiots on the internet that obviously can't deduce that I was speaking about the upper range of the size when it came to the 4 door model. I don't think anyone is expecting it to be that long with a 2 door product. sigh.
I have my sources-we'll see about the overall length with the 2 door-but I still stand by that the 4 door will be larger then the 1996 Bronco length wise.
Both vehicles (Ranger/Escape) use 17-18 inch rim size (Outside of the Escape Ti that has a 19 wheel)-I don't think an inch will throw off them off. The actual tire sizes might be able to get from the spy photos.
I updated my post-maybe you you used your head-I was talking about the 4 door, not the two door models-maybe use your brain.
The frankenrangers have zero indication on how long or short the vehicles are going to be-they are hacked together from spare parts for engineering...
1.Why would a 2 door Bronco need a 4 door body on it? That makes zero sense
2.The 2 door Bronco will not be smaller in OL vs the Baby Bronco.
The terrible photoshops here of the Baby Bronco and FrankenBronco mule are amusing at best-they don't even have scaling down properly to make a good...
Why the Wrangler is 166.8 to 188.4″ long and Ranger frame isn't going to support something that small without a significant redesign...where are you getting that info?
Ford isn't going to lose sales because the BroncoBronco is small.
The FrankenRanger/Bronco 2 door is not indicative of what the 2 Door Bronco will actually be. The mule doesn't even allow for any rear impact standards
The Baby Bronco will be roughly the the size of the 2020 Escape-Overall length of 180 Inches
Expect the 2/4 door Bronco's to be about 190...
The rumor I saw is that this is actually for the Baby Bronco and not for the Actual BOF Bronco.
For people bitching about pricing-the average transaction cost of a new car is roughly $37,285-cars aren't cheap anymore! Yeah its nuts, but then again I did pay $47K for a SHO, but I had $4500 off...
I have a 2013 Taurus SHO and my wife got a 2017 Escape SE back in February.
Hoping to replace the SHO in 2021 or so with a Bronco so I don't have to borrow the wife's Escape for HD runs or my old man's 98 Ranger.
