that’s weird cuz on my visibility report where it shows the rail info that number doesn’t match that one.

Mine just says rail doesn’t have a number on it. He pulled the visibility report for me.

you can try nicely asking your sales rep for the rail information. If it’s been assigned a rail car number it’s shipped.
